Refund Policy

Musicality TV wants you to be satisfied with any product you buy from the Musicality website. Artists operate under strict guidelines designed to ensure you purchase products easily and with minimum of fuss.

When you purchase a product artists are responsible for delivering products to you on time and to a quality you expect. You can buy merchandise from artists; download their music; and watch their subscription or pay per view live or on demand video content.

There may be times when you want a refund. Please contact the artist directly to request a refund. The artist will advise us that a refund is due and we will refund your money directly to your payment card. If you are not satisfied with the way your request is being handled by the artist you can email us on enquiries@musicality.tv and we will take your request up with them. In the mean time we will acknowledge your query the next working day.

A refund will normally be due when:

  1. You have purchased products from the artist which are defective or do not meet the description provided by the artist on their Musicality site.
  2. The artist has been unable to provide you with a replacement product for one which was first delivered and found to be defective.
  3. You have been billed in error for a subscription when you have already indicated to us you wish to cancel it. Please note refunds will not be made if you cancelled your subscription after the payment was taken but we will not collect further subscriptions;
  4. You will be unable to receive a refund payment for pay per view premium content;
  5. You will be unable to receive a refund for music download payments;

Once we are satisfied a refund is due we will arrange for your payment card to be refunded. This will normally be within 30 days after the calendar month in which a refund was requested.

If you wish to claim a refund please contact the artist directly.

If you wish to email us because you are unable to get a response from the artist, please contact us on enquiries@musicality.tv and we will acknowledge your email before the end of the next working day. We will take up the refund request with the artist and respond back to you.

If there are charges on your account you did not authorize and we are advised by our payment services provider or your financial institution as such, we will suspend your Musicality account to prevent further fraudulent charges and if the account has been compromised, we will close the account down as quickly as possible and arrange to open a new Musicality account for you.
